The IBCC is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening trade and economic relations between India and Brazil. We act as a support and facilitation platform for companies from both countries, promoting the exchange of information, networking, and business opportunities. Our focus is to create a favorable environment for the growth of bilateral relations and the success of our member and partner companies.
The IBCC is a private, non-profit association, so is not affiliated with any governmental or consular part. However, we receive support from the embassies and consulates of India and Brazil, which endorse and collaborate with us on many initiatives, such as special projects and trade missions.
We are a bilateral chamber of commerce with presence in several strategic economic centers in Brazil, such as Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Curitiba, Recife, Campo Grande, and Cuiabá. In addition, we have an office in New Delhi, India, and representatives in Mumbai. The membership process begins with sending an email expressing interest. After that, the company completes a registration form and go through a due diligence process with our compliance department.
